There are workplaces that talk about excellence and true meaningful mental health care. And then there's Zeeva.
We are a woman-owned and operated, clinician-led psychotherapy practice known for doing something rare: delivering premium, high-quality therapy while remaining deeply committed to accessibility, including working with Medi-Cal and Medicare.
We are a practice built on the core belief that excellence and humanity don't just coexist; they are essential together. That the warmest, most authentic and connected teams produce the most extraordinary clinical work. That when clinicians feel truly seen, supported, cherished, and valued as whole human beings, we show up and love the work we do.
We believe supervision is sacred work and one of the most powerful investments we make in the future of mental health care. We cultivate authentic and real connection, the kind that shapes a clinician, changes a career, and ripples out into hundreds of lives. At Zeeva, our mission is to care for one another, bring light to the world, and advance trauma-informed, whole-person mental health: one life, one family, one community at a time.
Every decision is made through a clinical lens, never a corporate one. We're intentionally independent, relentlessly curious, and always asking how we can do better.
We are excited to welcome a Clinical Psychologist!
Heart-Centered. Empathy leads. We show up warm, present, grounded, and authentically human: with our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves.
Inspired Learning. We are forever students. Curiosity and lifelong learning are in our DNA. We seek wisdom, evolve our skills, and never stop growing.
Dedicated to Excellence. Uncompromising quality and exceptional work honor the sacred trust our clients, clinicians, and community place in us.
The Power of We. No one works alone. We practice generosity, collaboration, and collective wisdom. We are intentional go-givers who show up fully for the whole team.
Brave Reflection. We look inward with courage and honesty. We build through active feedback, accountability, and the kind of vulnerable openness that makes us better, individually and together.
If our core values resonate with you, keep reading.
Your doctoral training gives you something rare: the diagnostic depth, complex case conceptualization skills, and clinical authority to elevate the quality of care across the entire team. You will bring that to our team, to our intake process, and to the clinical conversations that shape how we work.
You will carry a smaller therapy caseload than our master's-level clinicians, with additional scope in intake assessments and treatment plan reviews and oversight — work that draws directly on your doctoral expertise.
Within that caseload, you will also serve as the incident-to provider for Medicare clients, a population of disabled adults and geriatric patients who depend on consistent, high-quality access to care. You'll conduct the intake assessments and treatment plan reviews for these clients and be the psychologist of record available for their care (in person or by phone), ensuring our Medicare clients receive the oversight and continuity they deserve.
You will join a team of clinicians committed to collective learning, shared standards, and ongoing evolution, and you will be such a valuable voice in that room.
You are a clinical psychologist who has never stopped being a student, and a human being who has never stopped asking how to be better.
You are energized by complex clinical work and by the opportunity to shape the clinicians around you. You thrive in environments where your diagnostic expertise matters, where nuance is respected, and where the people around you push you to keep growing. You believe in cultivating honest feedback: giving it, receiving it, and growing through it. Brave reflection is not something you avoid. It is something you model and embrace.
You lead with clarity because you know clarity is kind. You coach with warmth because you know warmth builds trust.
You are a role model in the fullest sense, not just clinically, but as a human being who shows up with integrity, presence, and purpose. And you are looking for a clinical home that honors your training, values your whole self, and gives you something truly worthy of your best.
We believe in transparency and in honoring exactly where you are.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD): Base salary $101,000–$141,680, based on caseload. Your scope includes psychotherapy sessions, intake assessments, and treatment plan reviews. This is a full, meaningful, and complete role.
Onboarding & Training Pay: We invest in your success from day one. During training and onboarding, hours are compensated based on the type of work:
Clinical Supervisor path (after 2 years post-licensure): For those called to mentoring associate clinicians, a Clinical Supervisor career path exists with a different scope, different compensation, and something we can build together when the time is right.
We are deeply proud of the Zeeva we have built over more than five years of intentional growth, and we are more energized than ever about where we are going and what we are creating together. More impact. More meaning. More of what this field is capable of when people who truly care, real clinicians, lead the way.
Each new team member opens a new door. And we cannot wait to open it together with you.
