Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial settings


• Read blueprints and electrical drawings and install as specified


• Assist in terminating electrical panes, set fixtures, outlets and various electrical devices


• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.


• Determines the steps necessary to assess an electrical situation using testing devices, blueprints and maps


• Follows established safety practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician state of Massachusetts required


• Journeyman Electrician state of Rhode Island preferred.


• Experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction.


• Well versed in electrical schematics and blueprints.


• Comfortable with electrical testing equipment.


• Must have reliable transportation as travel is required
