At Mr. Electric of Chapel Hill and Cary, we built our brand on stability, craftsman pride, and real respect for our tradespeople. We know legacy contractors often leave you stuck driving back and forth to a shop every morning, driving outdated trucks, or putting in long hours without fair compensation. We do things differently.
As a Residential Service Electrician, you’ll handle 2–3 daily calls focused on troubleshooting, panel upgrades, and rewiring. Tailor your career here - installs, estimating, or both - to maximize your earnings.
High performers can advance to a paid Team Lead/Mentor role within months. No stagnation - just focus on what you do best and earn accordingly. (We have goals and metrics clearly laid out to guide you.)
