Position Overview:

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on best practices for long-term skincare success, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, innovative environment. You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of advanced skin therapies and participate in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, extractions, and other advanced skincare services

Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans

Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend products to optimize results

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment space

Collaborate with the clinical and wellness team to ensure outstanding client care

Document all treatments and progress accurately and confidentially

Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing education

What We’re Looking For:

Active and unrestricted Esthetician License in Louisiana

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Esthetician (medical spa experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of professional skincare techniques and products

A personable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Flexibility to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends
