Role Description:

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager at Otto Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance policies


• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently


• Assist customers with policy-related questions and concerns


• Maintain client records and documentation


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active insurance license


• Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office
