Licensed Medicare Agent

Health Benefits Advisors is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Licensed Medicare Agent to assist clients with their Medicare coverage options. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients understand and select appropriate Medicare plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Medicare plan options and enrollment
• Explain coverage, benefits, costs, and eligibility requirements
• Respond to client questions and provide accurate information
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Follow all applicable Medicare and insurance regulations
• Provide professional and timely customer service

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license required
• Medicare sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Knowledge of Medicare products and regulations preferred
