AGAPE Health and Wellness Clinic

AGAPE Health and Wellness Clinic is growing, and we are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide thoughtful, patient centered care on a contract basis. We welcome clinicians who enjoy building strong therapeutic relationships, value collaboration, and want to help shape a growing outpatient mental health clinic.

We are especially interested in clinicians who specialize in family or couples counseling. We also welcome other clinical specialties that would expand the care available to our patients.

What you will do

• Provide assessment and psychotherapy within your license and scope of practice.


• Develop treatment plans with patients that reflect their goals, strengths, and needs.


• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.


• Collaborate with the AGAPE team to support continuity of care and a positive patient experience.


• Bring ideas and clinical insight that help our clinic grow and improve.

What we are looking for

• A current, unrestricted Minnesota license as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).


• A warm, dependable clinician who practices with sound judgment and respect for each patient’s experience.


• Experience with family or couples counseling, or another specialty area, is especially welcome.


• A commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and applicable Minnesota mental health service requirements.

About the opportunity

This is a contract opportunity for clinicians who want to work directly with patients while contributing to the development of a growing clinic. Contract terms, availability, and clinical focus will be discussed with candidates.
