Job Description - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. The LNHA will provide leadership across clinical, operational, financial, regulatory, and resident-care functions while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Active Nursing Home Administrator/Health Facility Administrator license in the state of Oklahoma.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care.

Strong knowledge of CMS and state nursing home regulations.

Leadership and staff-management experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Experience with QAPI, survey preparation, compliance, and facility operations preferred.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field preferred, depending on state requirements.
