About the Role:

We are seeking provisionally or fully licensed clinicians who value collaboration, clinical growth, and meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient mental health services


• Accurate and timely clinical documentation in our HER


• Communicate effectively with the treatment team


• Participate in weekly staff meetings


• Uphold ethical and regulatory standards


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.


• Licensed or provisionally licensed through the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board


• Ability to work full-time in person

Compensation Model

This is a flat-rate billable compensation structure. The minimum required billing expectation is 26 client hours per week. Clinicians have the opportunity to increase earnings by billing above the minimum threshold.
