Job Summary

Pharmscript of PA LLC. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join its pharmacy team in Cranberry Township, PA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for a team player with healthcare experience and a basic understanding of pharmacy workflows.

The Pharmacy Technician will assist with prescription fulfillment, maintain an efficient workflow, and use pharmacy tracking technologies to support accurate and timely medication processing. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and committed to following pharmacy procedures and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill prescriptions accurately and in accordance with applicable compliance standards and pharmacy procedures.

• Support a safe, organized, and efficient pharmacy workflow.

• Utilize workflow tracking technologies to monitor and manage prescription processing.

• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure timely prescription fulfillment.

• Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy, quality, and safety.

• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Team Environment

You will work alongside one to two evening-shift pharmacists and two evening-shift pharmacy technicians. You will also collaborate with six day-shift pharmacy technicians and a day-shift pharmacist during the first three hours of each shift.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license.

• Ability to work the scheduled Monday–Friday shift of 12:30 PM–9:00 PM.

• Reliable transportation to the Cranberry Township, PA worksite.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Basic knowledge of pharmacy workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pharmaceutical or pharmacy experience.

• Experience operating a Parata ATP machine.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential.

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site, contract-to-hire position offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Cranberry Township location and consistently work the assigned evening shift.
