Pay: $60 per visit

Location: Oahu, Hawaii (must have reliable transportation — we serve the entire island)

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes under RN direction

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with medication management and patient education

  
  


• 
  

  Perform wound care and routine skilled nursing tasks within scope

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate changes in patient condition to RN / clinical team

  
  


• 
  

  Document accurately and on time

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Current Hawaii LPN license

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and documentation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently in the field
