Our agency is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses. A successful candidate will possess a high level of compassion and empathy and will enjoy working in a face-to-face environment. LPN responsibilities include providing medical, non medical, physical and emotional support, as well as teaching families about health-related issues and preventing disease.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients in their homes.

• Provide medical treatment to patients under the direction of a doctor or registered nurse.

• Prepare drugs and medications according to doctors' orders.

• Monitor patient's condition and vital signs.

• Adhere to infection control measures.

• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

• Restore patients to health using physical therapy exercises, rehabilitative therapy, or massage therapy.

• Assist with transporting patients to appointments using transportation equipment such as wheelchairs or ambulances.

• Attend school with our patients that learn outside of the home setting.
