Description of the role:

Interim HealthCare of Northwest Florida is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill 8-hour day shifts in Quincy, Florida. The position involves delivering personalized healthcare and support to individuals in their homes, to help them maintain independence and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


• Monitor and report changes in patient health status


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida


• 1 year of experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Current CPR (No online)


• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
