Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (sag)

Caring Staff Nursing Agency is looking for LPNs to join our growing family of caring staff. We are a Nurse Staffing Agency that takes great care of our Caring Staff employees because caring makes the difference.

We are working with a skilled nursing facility near La Plata, MD to provide the best care possible! Immediate hire and guaranteed LPN shifts! Up to $45/hr DOE!

LPN responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Handling new resident admissions

· Evaluate the resident’s wellbeing, reporting any needs/issues to medical staff

· Monitoring resident’s vitals and properly documenting

· Updating resident records adhering to HIPAA standards

· Explaining treatments and procedures to residents and families

· Changing dressings and bandages, ensuring proper hygiene and healing

· Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing

· Assisting with basic medical tasks, such as administering medications

· Adhering to all rules and regulations relating to COVID -19 and other communicable illnesses

Requirements

• Must hold an active Maryland or Compact LPN license
  
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID -19
  
• Ability to pass a background check (no charge)
  
• Recent negative 2 -step PPD, TB test or chest X -ray (if had positive result)
  
• MMR, Varicella, and Hep B titers
• Personal & professional references
