Your Role as an LPN/LVN:

• 
  

  Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and provide wound care.

  
  


• 
  

  Medication Administration: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create the best patient outcomes.

  
  


• 
  

  Record-Keeping: Accurately document patient care in compliance with HIPAA.

  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 
  

  Education & Licensure: Active LPN/LVN license in Oregon and completion of an accredited program.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications: OR IV Certified and current CPR certification.

  
  


• 
  

  Physical Ability: Capacity to assist with patient mobility, lift up to 30 lbs, and move medical equipment.
