What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostic assessments using standardized tools such as ADOS -2, ADI -R, CARS, or DISCO
  
• Deliver results to families with clarity and compassion
  
• Write thorough reports and submit them within 7 days of each evaluation
  
• Offer follow -up guidance to support families with the next steps in care
  
• Operate as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) per NC Medicaid standards
  
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive, child -centered care
  
• Help maintain clinic audit readiness and contribute to quality improvement efforts
  
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA standards and ethical clinical practices
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  
• Active Maryland LP or LPA license
  
• Experience with autism evaluations and standardized diagnostic tools
  
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a team setting
  
• Previous clinic -based experience is preferred but not required
