Licensed Surveyor (PSM or PLS)

We're working with a fast growing Engineering Firm in the Orlando area to fill the role of a Licensed Land Surveyor/Survey Project Manager.

Responsibilities 

1. Consult with existing and potential clients 

2. Prepare proposals in coordination with Branch Manager

3. Direct field crews, and surveying CAD technician as well as coordinate with Branch Manager for submittals 

4. Conduct deed and plan research and review

5. Prepare weekly survey crew schedules 

6. CAD oversight and quality assurance 

7. Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

8. Assist in survey field efforts, as needed 

9. Review, sign and seal of survey deliverables consistent with FL Statutes  

Requirements

Requirements

1. Florida PSM/PLS Registration 

2. Experience in land surveying and project management 

3. Experience with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and similar as well as field experience with Trimble Survey field equipment 

4. Microsoft Office proficiency

5. Private and Public sector surveying knowledge and experience.  FDOT experience is desired but not mandatory.
