InSite Health is a leading behavioral health organization partnering with several hundred schools to deliver best-in-class mental health programs for students. We are equally committed to supporting the employees who make this work possible by fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and shared purpose.
We leverage proprietary technology and a collaborative care model to help districts identify, support, and manage student needs more effectively by integrating clinical services, data-driven insights, and streamlined workflows. This approach helps reduce symptoms in students, improve outcomes, decrease risk, and allow schools to operate more efficiently across their behavioral health programs.
The Licensed Therapist provides clinical consultation services to school teams across our partner districts through InSite’s Tier 3 clinical escalation model. Working primarily via telehealth through the InSite Wellness Platform, this clinician supports school staff following threat assessments, advises on student intervention and return-to-school decisions, and provides referral pathways for students requiring ongoing care. This is a meaningful, high-impact role for a licensed therapist who wants to expand their reach beyond a traditional caseload and make a direct contribution to student safety and well-being across a large urban district.
Clinical Consultation

All consultation is advisory in nature — InSite clinicians support school teams’ decision-making without replacing the school’s own assessment process or judgment
