San Luis Post Acute Center, a skilled nursing facility here in San Luis Obispo is currently seeking a full or part time LVN. Our nurses work three consistent 12 hour shifts, then get to enjoy four days off: a true dreamboat of a schedule that allows you to work full time but still enjoy all that the Central Coast has to offer.

The full time position comes with a benefit package and vacation/sick pay.

San Luis Post Acute Center, formerly known as Bella Vista, is now operated by Compass Health, a locally owned company that offers many opportunities for growth. We offer RN scholarships to LVNs that prove themselves and many great monthly incentives, drawings, raffles and lots of other fun stuff.
