Location: Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility; Dayton, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift       

Compensation: $17.13 - $23.00 per hour 

                         
Flexible Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required | 40 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Life Enrichment Aide to support meaningful, person‑centered engagement for residents in our Assisted Living Facility.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred; not required
   

Responsibilities

• Lead and support group and individual resident activities.


• Complete required documentation in Point Click Care (PCC).


• Follow all State and Federal safety, infection control, and resident rights regulations.


• Assist residents with transportation to and from medical appointments.


• Prepare monthly activity calendars and daily board postings.


• Maintain resident belongings inventory and participate in department trainings.
