Your day as a Life Enrichment Coordinator

What we're looking for in a Life Enrichment Coordinator

• To excel as a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Christian Care Centers-Allen, a candidate should possess a High School Diploma, with higher education in related fields being advantageous.


• While no specific license is required, certifications in activities through NCCAP or equivalent experience are preferred.


• A minimum of 6 months of experience in activities, particularly in a senior care setting, is ideal.


• The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong activity planning capabilities, excellent customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.
