Position:  Life Enrichment Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time

Experience
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university OR
Satisfactory completion of two years of college OR
Two years of experience in long term care as it relates to activities and memory care

Activities Coordinator Position Highlights:

• Lead the Activities team and provide support, developing and implementing a well-rounded Activities program for all patients to include evenings and weekends, celebrating holidays and big events


• Timely completion of assessments, care plans and associated paperwork


• Facilitating monthly Resident Council meetings
