Lifeguard

Harrison Meadows Country Club is now hiring Part-Time Lifeguards to join our team for the Summer Season. This role is ideal for safety-focused, dependable individuals who enjoy working in an outdoor, member-centered environment.

• 
  
  Opening and closing the pool each day according to scheduled hours.
  
  


• 
  
  Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift.
  
  


• 
  
  Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions.
  
  


• 
  
  Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe.
  
  


• 
  
  Overseeing pool parties.
  
  


• 
  
  Providing swim lessons and coaching swim team when applicable.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintaining a clean pool environment.
  
  


• 
  
  Provide the highest level of customer service to our passholders and their guests.
  
  

• American Red Cross Lifeguarding - must have or must obtain by job start date.


• CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer Certification or obtain cert by job start date.

• 
  
  Must abide by the Employee cell phone policy- which prohibits staff members to carry cell phone while clocked in.
  
  


• 
  
  Off duty lifeguards required to help with Garbage Disposal, and helping to keep facility neat and orderly.

  Must be at least 16 years old by job start date.
