Lifeguard Instructor/Safety Lead

Premier Pool Management, Inc. is seeking a Lifeguard Instructor/Safety Lead to help educate our team of lifeguards.  This is a crucial position for the continued growth and development of our team as well as to make sure our lifeguards are trained to handle all situations that may arise.

Primary Function/Essential Functions:

• Provide in-service training to on duty lifeguards (both dry land and in water review) in accordance with American Red Cross and company standards.


• Able to demonstrate/evaluate and give feedback to all lifeguards.


• Track lifeguard performance and provide reports to PPM management.

Requirements:

• American Red Cross certified.


• First aid/CPR/AED instructor.


• Certified Lifeguard instructor.

Access to a company car to travel to and from our client locations.
