Job Description - Lifeline Enrollment Specialist

Join our team as a Lifeline Field Representative in New Mexico. We are seeking experienced Lifeline Representatives only. In this vital role, you will qualify and enroll customers in the Lifeline Program, making a significant impact in your community. This position is perfect for those passionate about customer service and eager to achieve excellent earnings.

Responsibilities:

Participate in events and field marketing activities.
Explain service features and benefits to potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients.

Meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
