Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following detailed work instructions and established quality expectations
• Conduct inspections of completed products to verify compliance with company standards
• Safely and effectively operate production equipment, tools, and machinery
• Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Communicate any equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
• Flex between workstations and departments as needed to support production requirements and customer expectations

• Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Dependable with a strong attendance record and positive work ethic

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening
