Job Duties:

• Demonstrate and promote the Camp Lucy culture, always positively representing the Company.
• Work within the team to cultivate a positive work environment.
• Follow recipes to Tillie’s standards.
• Execute food production and plating, according to stated spec and timing.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station always.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree preferred, with 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have a strong sense of urgency.
• You are a team player and have strong communication skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
