Pine Trace Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as a Line Cook. Responsibilities

As a Line Cook, your daily duties will include:

  Consistent excellence in food preparation.

  Adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

  
  

• 
  

  Complete daily tasks, such as setting up the line and preparing quality meals for guests, with effort and dedication.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the Chefs as needed.

  
  

Candidate Requirements

  Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.

  Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

  
  

Job Requirements

• 
  

  Standing for extended periods of time

  
  


• 
  

  Frequent lifting of 50 lbs and above

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to walk, bend, reach, and lift

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred (1 year minimum)

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling (1 year minimum)

  
  


• 
  

  Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays

Pine Trace Golf Club is a premier golf destination located on 193 beautiful wooded acres in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Often compared to the finest Northern Michigan courses, Pine Trace offers a natural setting that feels both secluded and timeless.

Pine Trace is preparing for an exciting reopening in Spring 2026 following a major course renovation.  As we complete improvements to our tees, greens, fairways, cart paths, irrigation, drainage, and practice facilities—along with the opening of our full-service restaurant—we are building a team that will help bring the Pine Trace experience to life.
