Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
• Cook menu items collaboratively with kitchen staff
• Follow chef's instructions and maintain cleanliness at all times
• Manage inventory and ensure all food prep meets quality standards
• Maintain a positive attitude and punctuality for every shift

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior cooking experience preferred but not mandatory
• Good understanding of cooking methods and ingredients
• Ability to work accurately and swiftly in a busy kitchen
• Familiarity with industry best practices
• Culinary school experience is a plus but not required
