About the Role

We’re seeking a Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to craft exceptional dishes, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute to the excitement that makes our pop-ups special.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
• Station Management: Organize, maintain, and execute your station with precision and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety standards.
• Inventory Support: Assist with tracking and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Skills: Strong knife skills, solid grasp of cooking techniques, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Teamwork: Positive communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for food, learning, and creative expression.
