Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
• Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Must be skilled in various cooking techniques.
• Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
• Maintain ServSafe Certification within 3 months of employment.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Prior experience as a line cook (highly encouraged).
