Job Description

Cooks all “to-order” menu items to Casino kitchen standards.

Prepares and cooks meals in accordance with standardized recipes and portion controls from the menu.

Is knowledgeable of sautéing, broiling, grilling, steaming, baking and frying.

Follows all Health & Safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature.

Cleans station and equipment daily and ensures sanitation procedures are followed.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.

Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.

Clear fingerprinting/background check.
