Line Cook

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station for efficient service.
• Prepare food for our restaurant.
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to the proper temperature and served promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to execute orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all sanitation and food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization as needed.

 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety practices.
• A positive attitude with a genuine customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Typical schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
• No late nights!
