Line Cook

The Spot is a neighborhood favorite, known for its welcoming vibe, fresh coastal-inspired dishes, and friendly, professional service. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized station at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Assist with prep, inventory, and specials as needed.

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
