What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook, you'll be an important part of keeping our Smokehouse running smoothly and making sure every guest enjoys the delicious food we're known for!

• Prepare and cook menu items using grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion sizes
• Keep orders moving by communicating with your fellow team members
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
• Jump in and help your team wherever needed!
