Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces


• Cook food according to recipes and presentation standards


• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner


• Maintain a clean and organized work station


• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment


• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques


• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting


• Excellent communication skills


• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus
