What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch in accordance with recipes and standards


• Ensure all food is executed with consistency, quality, and timeliness


• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment


• Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards at all times


• Support menu execution, daily features, and special events


• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs


• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service


• Follow established portioning, plating, and presentation standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment


• A strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen operations


• Attention to detail and pride in consistency and presentation


• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure


• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills


• Food Handler Certification (required)


• SERVSafe Certification (preferred)


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
