Description
An (LST) Line Service Technician at Chantilly Air is a customer service role responsible for a variety of duties and services for general aviation aircraft, crews and passengers. This position is often the first experience our customers have with Chantilly Air, and it is the role of the LST to make a very positive and memorable impact on the customer. An LST routinely operates ground service equipment, moves aircraft with tugs and tow bars, and uses knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures to provide efficient and excellent service to customers and other guests at the fixed base operation (FBO). Teamwork and collaboration are essential in this role, as the LST works closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Safety is of utmost importance, and the LST must always adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers, colleagues, and themselves.
