Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: This role is based in White Plains, NY, with flexible work arrangements that reflect our commitment to a modern, sustainable approach to practicing law.

Note: New York bar admission is required to be considered for this role. Candidates without active NY licensure will not be moved forward.

Job Description

• Manage general litigation and product liability matters independently from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and all related litigation filings with precision and strategic intent
• Conduct depositions, handle court appearances, and lead motion practice with confidence
• Prepare for and attend mediations, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and trial
• Perform in-depth legal research and deliver clear, actionable strategic advice to clients
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses to strengthen case strategy
• Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining strong client relationships
• Partner with senior attorneys and legal support staff across the firm's geographic footprint
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with all court and procedural requirements

Qualifications

• Active admission to practice law in the State of New York (required)
• 3+ years of experience in general litigation and/or product liability
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a team
• Admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or Pennsylvania is a plus
• Federal Court experience is a plus
