Litigation Associate Attorney

Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in San Ramon, California with flexible in-office scheduling. Our team values collaboration while offering excellent remote-access technology and flexibility around office hours.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. Experience in business or real estate litigation is preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Manage business and real estate litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients.
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Manage an independent caseload while contributing to a highly collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters from discovery through resolution.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Business litigation and/or real estate litigation experience preferred.
• Prior experience at a litigation-focused or trial-intensive firm is a plus.

• 3–5 years: $160K–$180K

• 5–7 years: $180K–$205K

• 7–10 years: $205K–$230K
