Core Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases, from case initiation through resolution or trial
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and trial readiness activities
• Perform in-depth legal research, case evaluation, and risk assessment
• Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
• Maintain strong case organization, deadlines, and communication throughout the litigation process

Required Qualifications

• Active Bar admission in good standing
• 3–6 years of litigation experience handling varied legal matters
• Trial preparation or courtroom experience preferred
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal team while independently managing responsibilities
