Job Description - Litigation Attorney

Seeking a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience. Creditor representation (collection and defense) is strongly preferred, and real estate secured lender representation would be an excellent fit. Experience in Unlawful Detainer and Bankruptcy matters is a plus.

  • Taking depositions
  • Drafting pleadings
  • Making court appearances
  • Direct client communication

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of litigation (real estate litigation is a plus)
  • License: Active CA Bar membership

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $120,000-$175,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Other Compensation: Opportunities for bonuses or other additional forms of pay.
