Note

Candidates must have an active Pennsylvania law license, 3+ years of civil litigation experience, and hands-on experience independently handling litigation responsibilities involving pleadings, discovery, motions, or court proceedings.

Job Description

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate legal issues, and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
• Handle depositions, negotiations, hearings, and other court proceedings as appropriate to your experience.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing practical guidance and timely case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage deadlines and move cases toward successful resolutions.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience independently handling pleadings, discovery, motions, or court proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients.
• Family law litigation experience is a plus, but not required.

• Required Years as Associate: 3+ years 
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 
• 3 to 4 years: $110K to $120K;
• 5 to 6 years: $120K to $130K; 
• 7 to 9 years: $130K to $140K; 
• 10+ years: $140K to $150K. Suggested experience bands within supplied pay range.
