Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid schedule offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office while collaborating with an experienced litigation team.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 2+ years of family law experience.

Job Description

• Represent clients in family law litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle contested hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy and advocate effectively in court.
• Work closely with legal support staff to efficiently manage cases.
• Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements while protecting clients' best interests.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through excellent communication and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 2+ years of family law experience required.
• Courtroom experience is highly preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while providing exceptional client service.
