Compensation: $115K - $185K base

Experience: 3 - 10 years

The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advocate for accident victims and handle high-value cases.

What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution


• Conduct thorough case investigations for liability and damages


• Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents


• Collaborate on case strategy with legal professionals


• Maintain consistent communication with clients

What you bring (required)

• Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience


• Minimum 3 civil jury trials to verdict


• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required


• Active bar admission in Illinois.


• Strong knowledge of state PI laws and procedures


• Experience with drafting discovery motions, MSJ oppositions
