Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Location: This is an on-site position based in Concord, New Hampshire.

Note: Qualified candidates should have litigation paralegal experience, including discovery, legal and factual research, records review, expert coordination, trial preparation, and litigation file management.

Job Description

• Perform legal and factual research to support attorneys in litigation matters.
• Obtain, organize, analyze, cross-check, and validate records and case information.
• Prepare written reports, summaries, and litigation support materials.
• Assist with the discovery process from initiation through review and summarization of discovery responses.
• Locate, communicate with, and coordinate work involving expert witnesses.
• Organize, maintain, and track client files and litigation materials.
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibits, trial binders, and courtroom support.
• Support attorneys during active litigation, hearings, depositions, and trial-related preparation.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Litigation paralegal experience required.
• Experience with discovery, records review, legal research, factual research, and trial preparation.
• Ability to summarize discovery responses and prepare organized written reports.
• Experience locating and working with expert witnesses preferred.
• Strong technical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate and cross-check information.
• Ability to organize and track client files and litigation materials.
• Comfortable working on-site in Concord, New Hampshire.
• Ability to work independently and take direction from attorneys and team members.
