Litigation Paralegal (367/o)

Boutique South Florida law firm offering a fresh approach to handling legal dilemmas with a focus in the practice areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate and Immigration is looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to their team. The firm is passionate about helping their clients, treating them with compassion and providing a supportive atmosphere.

 Ideal candidates will have experience in family law and/or personal injury and real estate; bilingual in Spanish preferred.  The successful candidate is someone who is dependable, proactive, organized, and comfortable managing cases from beginning to end under attorney supervision. This position is full-time based out of the firm’s Coral Gables, FL office location; remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience with the ability to work a case from inception through trial


• Must have prior experience in the practice areas of Family Law, Personal Injury and/or Real Estate


• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred


• Experience preparing pleadings, motions, notices, discovery, financial affidavits, and mandatory disclosure


• Ability to manage deadlines, calendars, hearings, mediation, and case files


• Excellent organizational and communication skills


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail


• Must have a professional and courteous demeanor toward clients and staff
