Litigation Partner or Of Counsel

The Dallas, Texas office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing litigation practice.

We are seeking a candidate with at least eight years of defense litigation experience in hospitality, premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice, coupled with proven leadership and supervisory abilities. The workload and clientele require fast-paced responsiveness and adaptability. Portable business is not required but welcomed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality (hotels or managed properties preferable), premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice
• Trial and arbitration experience
• Experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys
• Strong leadership skills
• Appearances in both Federal and State courts
• Admitted to practice in Texas
• Must be available to attend meetings and court appearances in Texas
