Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is Superica's younger sister, featuring wood-roasted chicken al carbon as its signature dish in a vibrant, ultra-casual setting.


Little Rey is seeking experienced Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs to join our culinary teams in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh. Relocation is required for candidates who do not currently reside in one of these markets.


Whether you're an accomplished Executive Chef or an experienced Executive Sous Chef ready to take the next step, we're looking for passionate culinary leaders who thrive in fast-paced kitchens, develop exceptional teams, and are committed to operational excellence.


Our culinary leaders oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including production, prep, purchasing, receiving, catering and special events, scheduling, labor management, food quality, and recipe execution. They lead by example, coach and develop future culinary talent, maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency, and create an educational, collaborative kitchen culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences every day.


Qualifications:



  • Executive Chef: 10+ years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 5 years in senior culinary leadership preferred.

  • Executive Sous Chef: 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a Sous Chef leadership role preferred.


Competitive Compensation:



  • Executive Chef: $85,000–$120,000/year DOE + generous quarterly bonus program

  • Executive Sous Chef: $70,000–$85,000/year DOE + generous quarterly bonus program
