Visiting Angels – Edina, MN is hiring compassionate Caregivers / CNAs to provide one-on-one care in private homes. If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to meet you!

Position Details

• Shift Type: Live-In
  (16 paid hours + 8 hours of rest)
• Schedule Options: 1–4 consecutive days
• Service Areas: Edina, Bloomington, Eagan, Farmington, Burnsville, Minneapolis, Baine, Saint Paul, Apple Valley,  and much more!
• Pay: $16–20/hour

Live-In Role Overview

As a Live-In Caregiver, you will temporarily reside in a client’s home, providing essential support with daily living activities and personal care. This role offers:

• Greater autonomy
• Consistent scheduling
• The opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and their families

Shifts typically range from 1–3 days, with 16 paid hours and 8 guaranteed rest hours per day.

Sign-On Bonus

• $400 bonus available after 60 days of employment (following your first shift worked)

? Qualifications

• 6–12 months of caregiving experience (family, private care, or facility)
• Knowledge of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Physical stamina for caregiving tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
